Record Personal Messages with an Audio Guestbook
An audio guestbook gives wedding guests a simple way to leave spoken messages for the newlyweds. Instead of writing in a traditional book, the guest picks up a retro-style telephone and records their message.
Voice recordings can capture personality in a way that written comments sometimes cannot. Guests might leave congratulations, advice, stories or a message that becomes increasingly enthusiastic as the reception progresses.
The retro telephone also provides a decorative feature that can be placed in a suitable part of the venue. It should be somewhere guests can find easily while remaining far enough from the main sound system for messages to be recorded clearly.

The effect depends on the layout, wall surfaces and available power within the room. Uplighting can work particularly well in hotel suites, wedding venues, function rooms and corporate event spaces where the existing overhead lighting is practical but does not create the preferred evening setting.
You may want the lighting to complement wedding colours, table decorations, illuminated letters or the main DJ setup. The venue’s rules and the physical room will determine where each light can be positioned safely.

Photo Booth and Magic Mirror Hire
A photo booth or Magic Mirror gives guests an activity they can return to throughout the party. Both options are available as three-hour hires and include an attendant and props.
The attendant manages the feature during the agreed hire period, allowing the organiser to concentrate on the event. Props give guests different ways to approach their pictures, whether they want a carefully posed group photograph or something less formal.

The 360 Video Booth creates moving video clips rather than conventional still photographs. Guests stand on the platform while the camera records around them, producing short videos that capture outfits, movement and group reactions from a changing angle.
Hire is available for three hours and includes props. The booth can provide a separate activity during the main entertainment period, giving guests something to take part in between visits to the dance floor.
A 360 booth needs suitable operating space and safe clearance around the moving camera equipment. The proposed location should therefore be discussed with the venue. Please provide the room name, access details and any restrictions when requesting availability.
Light-Up Dance Floor Hire
A light-up dance floor creates a defined centre for the evening party and can change how guests perceive the whole room. It can be considered for wedding receptions, private celebrations and formal company events where the venue does not already provide the preferred dance-floor style.
The correct option will depend on the available floor area and room layout. Tables, the DJ booth, speakers, musicians, doors and service routes must all be taken into account. Add a Live Saxophonist to Your DJ Package
A professional saxophonist can perform alongside selected parts of the live DJ set. Rather than presenting a completely separate act, the musician joins suitable tracks and works with the DJ’s timing.
Saxophone can complement house, dance, funk, soul and familiar vocal music. The performer does not need to play throughout the entire event. Appearances can be placed at points where the live instrument contributes most effectively, such as after a first dance, dinner, speeches or awards.

Live Bongos and Percussion
A bongo player or percussionist can add live rhythm to selected musical sections. This option can work particularly well with house, disco, funk, club classics and other rhythm-led styles chosen by the organiser.
The musician performs in coordination with the DJ, allowing percussion to enter and leave the set at suitable times. It can be requested as an alternative to saxophone or combined with both the DJ and saxophonist through the available trio package.
